We are a full-service wedding and event venue. We offer the following services to anyone and everyone because we believe in "Same Love-Same Rights:

 

1. Beautifully landscaped outdoor ceremony and reception area. The outdoor gazebo style chapel is fully lighted with a beautiful chandelier and rope lights. Beautifully lighted and decorated indoor reception area.

2.  Complete wedding coordinating, planning and design services with certain packages. Day-of coordinating services are also available.

3.  Photography, either hourly or unlimited packages.

4.  Ordained Minister available, if needed.

 

VENUE

Enjoy a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere out in the country for your event. Opened in 2007, the Hidden Chapel at Acadiana Acres is situated on approximately 3+ acres of Acadiana Acres. It is a beautifully landscaped garden area surrounded by our favorite flowers of hydrangeas, hostas, ferns and anything that has vibrant colors. Use of the area for your event includes the outdoor gazebo style chapel. Brides In Bloom Photography’s studio can now be used for back-up purposes in the event of rain, or couples can choose to have the ceremony outside and the reception inside the studio. The studio accommodates approximately 75 comfortably. Additional seating can be placed on the outside patio. 

The Ceremony area of the Hidden Chapel is large enough to accommodate 225 guests with overflow into the reception area. The Reception area will accommodate tents to hold up to 300 guests. The facility will be lighted for evening events and contains electrical outlets for music, catering, and other necessary equipment. The farm bell can ring out at the hour the ceremony is to begin!

COORDINATING, PLANNING AND DESIGN

We also include wedding coordinating, planning, designing and execution, and clean-up assistance with certain packages. This service can also be added on. These services can include decorations, tablecloths, chair covers or caps. By executing, we will make your decorations and set them up for clients so our clients will have a stress free event. We have the most popular colors of tablecloths and flowers, and every size mason jar, glass cylinders, Eiffel Tower vases, books, teacups and teapots and many more other decorations from which to choose.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography can be added to any package. We offer photography by the hour or unlimited, with 1 photographer or 2. 

Ordained Minister available onsite if clients don't provide their own.

 

Your safety and comfort is the main objective. Every effort is made to eliminate as many outside bugs and pests as possible but Brides In Bloom, LLC makes no guarantee that the venue will be bug and pest free. The venue is treated on a regular basis to attempt to eliminate problems. Bug zappers and Tikki torches are used around the perimeter.

Weather Considerations - Due to the high demand of the venue, deposits and monies collected are non-refundable. In case of rain or any Act of God, clients may choose to utilize the inside reception area. Clients would be responsible for tent rental. Additionally, tents as large as 30’ x 30’ may be placed in the entrance to the studio to accommodate additional guests. Should the clients choose to relocate to another venue away from Brides In Bloom’s facility, Brides In Bloom, LLC, will convert the venue package to a Brides In Bloom Photography package. All monies collected will not be refunded.

Directions - Take Exit 126 at the Alexander, Hwy 111 exit. Cross over the I-30 bridge and head south on Hwy 111. You will cross over a railroad track at the Alexander Police Department and Post Office. Go to the 3rd street on your right and follow the signs that point to Arkansas Human Development Center, Hwy 111. Follow Hwy 111 for approximately 3 miles until you get to Germania Road. Turn left at Germania then go ½ mile and turn right onto Mann Lane. Go another ½ mile until you see a white sign that reads “Acadiana Acres” and turn right into the driveway.
